4-6 slices bread (fresh or stale)
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup milk/water mixture
toast
salt

Directions:
In a large frying pan cover bread with the milk/water until bread is saturated. Pull the bread apart until it is in tiny pieces and totally wet. As the mixture heats, prepare toast on the side - several pieces per person.

Once the bread in the pan starts steaming, add beaten egg, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until cooked (almost dry). Serve immediately over the prepared toast.

Personal Notes:
If you don't have enough eggs for everyone, this is the perfect recipe. It is a cheesy egg mixture over toast and really sticks to your ribs.
