Texas Sheet Cake Recipe

2 sticks butter
1 cup water
3 T. cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Bring butter, water and cocoa to boil; let cool. In bowl beat together sugar, flour, slat, eggs, milk, baking soda and vanilla. Add to hot mixture. Grease and flour a cookie sheet and pour batter into sheet. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes. While cake is warm, frost.

To make Frosting:
Beat together 1 stick butter, 2-4 tablespoons of cocoa, 6 tablespoons of milk and 1 box confectioner's sugar.
