1-1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
2-3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 T. sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400*. Mix 1-1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoons into balls. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls into mixture. Place 2 inches apart on uncreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
