3 lg eggs
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 c. canned cream corn
3 c. corn kernels
3 T. butter, melted
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. cornstarch w/3 T. water
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 1/2 T. bourbon (optional)
3/8 tsp. Salt
3/8 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350'. Butter a 2 qt baking dish.

Beat eggs & milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into dish.
Bake 45 minutes until slightly browned & knife clean.
Serve hot.

Lesson learned... I did NOT thaw the frozen corn first. Took FOREVER to bake. LOL
