1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/4 cup quick or old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Cream together butter, peanut butter and both sugars. Blend in egg and vanilla. in another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour and soda. Blend into creamed mixture thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape into 1" balls. Place on uncreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-11 minutes or just until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute on a cookie sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
