2/3 c. sugar
¼ c. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt

2 ¾ c. milk
2 eggs

2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

1 box ‘Nilla Wafers
Bananas, sliced


Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a saucepan. Blend milk & eggs. Add to dry. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add butter & vanilla. Stir every 5 minutes until cool. (For creamier pudding refrigerate 20 minutes.) Line bottom and sides of 1 ½ qt. casserole with cookies. Cover with a layer of bananas. Top with warm pudding. Repeat layers until pudding is on top. Decorate with more cookies. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours.
