Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c. dried black beans. Soak in water over nite.
1 c. brown rice.
1/2 onion, any style I use sweet onion.
Lots & lots of garlic (Mom counted 12 cloves)
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cup black olive
Handful of cilantro
4 ounces of green chili (ortega)
2 large tomatoes
Dash of sea salt
Dash of red pepper flakes
2 ounces of teriyaki sauce




Directions:
Directions:
Start rice in 2 cups of boiling water. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Place beans and 3 cups of water in pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 20
minutes.
Chop onion, bell pepper, olives, cilantro, tomatoes and green chilis. Place
in sauce pan over low heat, covered.
Add salt and red pepper.
When beans are done add the vegetables to them. Pressure cook for 10
minutes.
Add rice to mix and pressure cook for another 5 minutes.
Teriyaki goes in at the last.

Jeff's comment: Bear with me here, I may forget something so use your head.
This is fairly bland so season to taste each time you warm a bowl up.
I keep it in the fridge at all times but it is okay to freeze it as well.
