For Cake:

2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1, 20oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

For Icing:

1 stick of butter
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
1, 8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

For Cake:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake in 9x13 pan for 40-45 minutes in a 350* oven.

For Icing:
Beat until creamy.
