1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
cup butter
cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup milk
3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 (8 oz,) carton sour cream
1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake pie crust as directed on package. Cool.
2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes or until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
3. Fold sour cream into filling, and pour into baked pie crust; cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving. Top pie with whipped cream.
