1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar or brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 T cinnamon
2 T. margarine
1/2 to 1 cup raisins or nuts, optional

In medium bowl mix together 1-1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. In glass measuring cup mix oil, egg and milk. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at one time and stir just until moistened. Fill 12 paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons flour, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and margarine with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over each muffin. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Raisins or nuts may be added to batter if desired.
