Heat 2 cups of milk in a bowl, add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup of flour and salt.
Make a paste with 1/2 cup of milk-add hot milk slowly

Microwave in 1 minute intervals stirring each time until thick

In separate bowl beat 2 egg yolks - add a tbsp. of hot mixture - stir then add to hot mixture

Microwave I minute longer, add tbsp. of butter and vanilla

Cut up banana's into pie shell

Top with above

Enjoy with whip cream
