1 16 ounce sour cream
1 green pepper, diced
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, peeled and diced

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and heat. Stir occasionally. Serve hot with assorted crackers and chips.
