8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cugar
1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1 T. vanilla
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
10oz. frozen sweetened red raspberries, thawed
2, 3oz. pkg, raspberry Jello
3/4 cup (8oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 T. grated orange rind

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and vanilla. Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water, heat to dissolve. Blend into cream cheese mixture. Pour into 12x7 baking dish. Chill until slightly firm, about 30 minutes. Drain raspberries, reserve syrup; add syrup to water making 2.5 cups. Heat boiling. Dissolve raspberry Jello in boiling mixture. Chill to consistently of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in raspberries, cranberries, nuts and orange rind. Pick through cranberry sauce to remove any hard pieces and stems. Chill, slice into squares and serve on bed of lettuce to garnish.
