1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
13.5 oz. Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant chocolate or butterscotch pudding mix
3 cups milk

Directions:
Mix flour, margarine and pecans. Pat into 9x13 pan. Add flour to your hands to make patting easier. Bake at 350* until lightly browned. Cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix 2 boxes pudding with 3 cups milk. Beat until smooth and set. Spread over cheese mixture. Use the rest of the Cool Whip as. topper. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
