2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cup finely grated zucchini
3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix sugar, oil, eggs and zucchini. In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to zucchini mixture a little at a time, stirring well after each addition. Add nuts and stir well. Pour in to 9x5 loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 325*.
