1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat browned and drained
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water
1 small can green chilies, drained and cut-up
1 package corn tortillas, torn into small pieces
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix enchilada sauce in with hamburger meat and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.

In a saucepan heat and mix soups, water and chilies. In a 2 quart casserole dish put 1/4 of tortillas over the bottom;

then 1/4 of soup mixture; then 1/4 of the meat; then 1/4 of the cheese.

Repeat this until all the ingredients have been added. Put in oven at 300º for 20-25 minutes.
