2 T. yeast
2 cup water
1 T. salt
2 T. sugar
1 T. garlic powder
1/4 cup grated cheese
8 cups unbleached white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour tepid water in bowl and pour yeast on top of it; let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients, adding flour 1 cup at a time. When too difficult to stir, dump onto table which has been floured and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in oiled bowl and flip oiled side up for elasticity. Cover with waxed paper and warm wet towel and let rise for 45 minutes. Preheat oven 350*. Divide in 2 to 3 sections and shape into loaves on cookie sheet. Let rise 1/2 hour in warm place. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
