4 eggs
1-1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 cup oatmeal
20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1-1/2 cup shredded coconut
1-3/4 cup sliced almonds (6oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and sugar, beat until light, about 2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda, oatmeal, pineapple, coconut and almonds; mix well. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Remove from pans.
