1 pkg yeast
3 cup bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
This is a bread machine recipe. If you make it by hand soften yeast in lukewarm milk then add 1 cup of flour. Mix well then add sugar; stir well. Stir melted butter into cocoa until no dry remains add to flour mixture along with egg, vanilla and salt. After well blended slowly add remaining flour. This will make a soft dough. Put into greased bowl, cover and let rise 45-60 minutes. Punch down, shape into 2 loaves, place in loaf pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 350* about 30 minutes.
