3 eggs
1 cup oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cup sugar
3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
5 medium bananas, ripe.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil and vanilla together and stir with a fork. Mash bananas and add remaining ingredients. Mix together with spoon. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Divide batter evenly into pans. Sprinkle top with some cinnamon and sugar (can use Domino's which is already mixed). Bake at 350* for about 1-1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Take out of pans. Brush top and sides with melted butter. Cover with plastic wrap.
