cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
milk
1 to 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add brown sugar and boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and bring to boil, still stirring constantly. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread.

Use as icing for cakes or cupcakes.
