1 pkg. soft flour tortillas
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives
shredded cheese of choice
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato sauce
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
salsa
sour cream
guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet with onion. Drain and stir in seasonings and tomato sauce. Cook on low 5 minutes. Prepare lettuce, tomato, olive and cheese and set on platter or in separate bowls. On griddle, skillet, or in microwave briefly heat tortillas until warm. Allow each person to invent their own taco with meat filling, shredded vegetables and cheese. Have salsa, sour cream and guacamole available for toppings. Make by filling center tortilla and then rolling or folding up the sides.
