1 qt. clams
2 eggs
2 T. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs then add milk, baking powder, and salt. Add flour to make a very stiff batter. Add clams and mix well. Place coated clams in hot fat and fry until golden brown, approximately 7-10 minutes.
