2 slices of Texas toast or fresh loaf bread.
Spreadable butter
1 slice Pepper jack cheese
1 slice Provolone cheese
1 slice Sharp Cheddar cheese
5 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on griddle to medium high. Butter of side of the Texas Toast or loaf bread. Place on the griddle butter side down. Add the cheese to one side of the bread and top with bacon. Close the sandwich and flip back and forth until nice and golden brown on each side. Serve with pickle on the side.
