1 box frozen broccoli cooked and drained
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter or margarine
½ c cottage cheese
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Pour mixture into sprayed 8x8 pan.
4. Cook for 30 minutes.

Doubles very well - use 9x13 pan and increase cooking time to 45-50 minutes.
