Ingredients:  
Sprinkle meat tenderizer, onion powder, salt and pepper on

meat and let sit for 5 minutes. Dip in whole wheat flour, then

egg mixed with 2 Tb. water, then seasoned bread crumbs.

Brown in oil.

Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of celery soup

with 3/4 cup water. Place meat in baking pan and pour soup

mixture over meat. Cover with foil.

Bake 325 degrees for 2 hours or you can simmer in electric fry pan.
