4 eggs, 1/2 C. milk, 1/2 C flour, 1 T. butter, 1T. margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Mix together with milk, flou, melted margarine and melted butter. Spray ovenproof dish with non-stick spry. Pour batter into dish. Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Fill with apple pie filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Squeeze lemon juice over pie filling and serve.
