1/2 C. warm water
1/4 C. milk
1 TBs salt
1 tsp lemon juice
6 cups flour

Directions:

Soften yeast in 1/2 C water and sugar. Mix all ingredients. Add extra flour as needed for soft dough. Let rise until double. Roll our 1/2 " thick and cut into
1 1/4 x 5" strips. Place strips on greased pans about 1" apart. Let rise until plump. Bake 350 for 12 min. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with grated fresh garlic.
