Ingredients:	Ingredients: In the 90's I went to a fireside and Reflections sang, and I wanted so bad to be a part! I was so touched by the songs they sang. When Beth called me and said that I could be in, I was so excited that I made a calendar, and crossed off the days until I could start. Beth, you and David have done so much for me!!! I am eternally grateful!!! "Reflections Are Women Who Bring The Spirit Of Sisterhood Into Music". It is so true!!! I love being with and performing with everyone and getting to know them better. I learn so much and everyone is so willing to help me! At one of our performances my niece came and she said that she saw my parents standing in the back, (they are in the Spirit World) and she said that my mom was glad I was still performing

Directions:	Directions: I am so grateful and blessed for the association I have with everyone!!! And for the opportunity I have to develop my talents!, (I didn't do a very good job of it when I was younger!)
