Sift together:
2 2/3 C. flour 2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder 2 t. cinnamon
t. nutmeg t. cloves
1 t. salt

Mix in another bowl:
15 oz. can of pumpkin 1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar 1 C. oil

Mix two bowls together then add: 4 eggs one at a time just until incorporated well.
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake 350 18-20 min

Cream cheese Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese 1 cube butter
1 t. vanilla 4 C. powder sugar

Mix butter and cream cheese till well blended and smooth. Add vanilla and gradually add powdered sugar. Beat till fluffy and smooth
