1 C. sugar
¼ C. cocoa powder
1/3 C. cornstarch
¼ t. salt
3 C. milk
3 egg yolks slightly beaten
2 T. butter
1 ½ t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in pan. Add milk and egg yolks. Cook over med. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Cook on an easy boil for 1 min. stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour into serving bowls. Serves 6-8
