2 lb. sliced thin sirloin or round steak
1 C. beef broth
C. low sodium soy sauce
C. brown sugar
1 T. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 T. cornstarch
4 T. water
1 head broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together broth, soy, brown sugar, oil, and garlic in crockpot. Place in the slices of beef and toss to coat. Cook for 4 hrs. on low. Whisk together cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Pour into crockpot and stir to mix. Add the broccoli and gently stir. Cover with lid and cook 30 min. to cook broccoli and thicken sauce.
Serve over hot rice
