4 lg chicken breasts 2 sleeves ritz crackers
¼ t. salt 1/8 t. pepper
½ C. milk 3 C. grated cheese
1 t. dried parsley
Sauce:
1 10 oz can Cream of Chick soup
2 T. sour cream
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers add the salt and pepper. Cut chicken into tender size pieces. Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into three separate pans (I use pie tins). Dip each chicken piece into the milk, then press cheese onto chicken. Then press it into the cracker crumbs.
Spray a 9x13 and place chicken in the bottom. Sprinkle the dried parsley on top. Cover with foil. Bake 400 for 35 min. Remove foil and bake 10-15 min. more until edges are golden brown and crispy.
Combine soup, sour cream and butter with whisk. Heat till really nice and hot. Serve over the chicken. Sooo good and company worthy.
