1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C. shredded swiss cheese
1/3 C. sour cream
t. black pepper
1 can 2.8 oz french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain veggies. Combine soup, of the cheese, sour cream, pepper and onions. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake uncovered 30 min. at 350. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered another 5 min.
