1 c sugar
1 Tb salt
1 c melted butter
4 beaten eggs

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. In microwave bowl, melt butter, add hot water and beaten eggs. Add to dry mixture. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Bosch works great. Change to dough hook and add enough flour until dough pulls away from sides (about 5 cups). Mix on low for about 8 minutes, transfer to large bowl, let rise. Spray Pam on your clean counter, or use a pastry mat. Roll dough in a long rectangle. Spread melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Fold dough in half from top to bottom and with a pizza cutter, cut in 1" strips, twist and fold in a knot tucking the ends under. Place close together on a cookie sheet let rise until double and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Frost while still warm.
Makes 2 trays about 50 rolls
