1 T Butter
2 T Olive Oil
1 Med Onion (chopped)
1 Green Pepper (chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Stalk Celery (chopped)
150 g Shrimp
100 g Scallops
1 10 oz Tin Baby Clams (or 100 g fresh)
6 Fresh Oysters
1 28 oz Tin Diced Tomatoes
1 24oz. Tomato Sauce
1 T Fresh Oregano
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Pernod
1 1/2C Fish Stock
1 6 oz Tin Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parsley (chopped)

Directions:
1. In a Dutch Oven add Olive Oil and Butter, saute on medium high heat
2. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, celery and saute until vegetables turn color
3. Add shrimp, clams, scallops and oysters - saute briefly
4. Add brandy and pernod (preheated) and flambe
5. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and fish stock
6. Add oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with parsley
