Cake:
2 eggs
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 (2 lb) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 regular size can of pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
½ c pecans, chopped

Icing:
8 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp (½ stick) butter
1¾ c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ c pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all cake ingredients together.
3. Bake in a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
5. Ice cake while hot.

To prepare icing:
1. Mix all icing ingredients together until smooth.
2. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
