4 c (1 lb box) powdered sugar
¾ c cocoa powder
2 to 3 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 Tbsp milk

1. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in mixing bowl.
2. Add butter and vanilla mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you have the consistency you need.
