2 large cucumbers sliced thin
½ onion sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbs. vinegar
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season the cucumbers with the salt and let rest 30 minutes. Squeeze out the extra moisture.
2. Stir the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, dill and parsley together.
3. Fold the cucumbers and onions into #2.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Garnish with the paprika to serve.
