Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa
⅓ c evaporated milk
½ stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ c chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cocoa in pan on top of stove.
2. Add evaporated milk and butter and mix.
3. Turn on medium high and boil 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat. Set pan in cold water in sink.
5. Add vanilla and beat well.
6. Add chopped nuts (optional).
7. Continue beating until fudge loses its shine and begins to get hard.
8. Pour onto buttered dish and let it set up.
9. Cut into squares and serve.
