2 c sugar
½ c cocoa
½ c oil or margarine
2 eggs
½ c water
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 c coffee, brewed and boiling
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Blend sugar, cocoa, oil and eggs.
3. Alternately add water and flour.
4. Add soda (hold over mixing bowl) to boiling coffee.
5. Stir in coffee mixture and vanilla to cake mixture.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
