3 eggs
16 oz. cottage cheese (either 4g fat or 2g fat)
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large size prepared graham cracker crust
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
optional raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla until very well blended, about 2 minutes.
Pour into crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
Bake 350 oven until set about one hour. Serve after cooling in refrigerator overnight.
