2 cups flour
1½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter
4 slightly beaten eggs
4 tbsp. flour
6 tsp. lemon juice and zest
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients together and put into 9x12 pan
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Pour remaining ingredients into crust and bake at 350º
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
