4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded)
½ cup flour
salt
pepper
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tpsp. butter
2 cup fresh mushrooms slices
1 cup Marsala wine
Shallots

Directions:
Directions:
Pound cutlets and dredge in flour with salt and pepper
Cook on one side in Extra Virgin Olive oil and butter.
Turn and add shallots and mushrooms.
Saute then add Marsala wine.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
