4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6-8 slices Cinnabon bread
unsalted butter
powdered sugar as garnish
maple syrup as garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
2. Add a little butter and cover the surface of the pan.
3. Crack eggs into a medium sized bowl and whisk until beaten.
4. Stir in milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
5. Dip bread slices into custard and submerge for about 10-15 seconds.
6. Lift bread out carefully with both hands so it doesn’t tear.
7. Place in skillet or griddle. Cook about 3-5 minutes on each side until bread becomes a golden brown.
8. Flip bread over with spatula and cook the other side about 3-5 minutes.
9. Remove from heat. Cut bread on diagonal. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and glaze with maple syrup, if desired.
