1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix
1 T. flour
¾ c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk (divided)
1 - 14 oz. pkg caramels
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first 4 ingredients with ⅔ c. evaporated milk. Divide batter in half. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Melt caramels with ⅓ c. evaporated milk. Pour evenly over first layer of baked cake. Sprinkle chips and nuts over melted caramel.
Pour remaining batter over top of baked cake, caramel, chips and nuts. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
