1 head cauliflower
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. flour
1 c. milk
Dash salt and pepper
1 c. American cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook whole cauliflower in boiling salted water to cover, about 15 minutes or til tender. Drain. Place in serving dish and cover with cheese sauce.

Cheese sauce:
Blend butter and flour together. Add milk and boil until thickened. Add seasonings and cheese and continue to heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
