5 pounds potatoes, cooked & mashed (9 large)
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
2 t. butter

Mashed together until fluffy.

These should keep for 2 weeks in frig.

This is the only mashed my daughter-in-law Lisa Reiter makes. As I type I am chuckling. The amounts don't come to close Lisa's version. LOL
