Cake:
1 pkg white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
¾ c oil
1 c 7-up

Icing:
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
1½ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all cake ingredients together in mixing bowl for 3 minutes with a mixer.
3. Pour into two greased 8" pans or one 9x13 greased pan.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes (until cake springs back when touched).
5. Cool completely before frosting.
6. For the icing, combine pudding mix and milk with the mixer.
7. Fold in Cool Whip.
8. Frost cake with this pudding mixture.

Keep in refrigerator until time to serve.
