5-7 lbs lean pork roast
1 c of water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp onion salt
½ tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp basil
½ jar of pickled peperocini peppers, with some juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pork roast with 1 cup of water on low for 8 hours (or overnight).
2. Remove fat and shred meat.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cook in crockpot for another hour.
5. Serve on buns or rolls.
